FHWA Affiliate Members

FHWA Affiliate Members are societies located  Western Australia who are researching their local family history.  They are afforded some of the benefits of FHWA members. For details of membership entitlements of Country and Metropolitan societies check FHWA By-law 8.  To join as an Affiliate Member complete this Application Form and forward it to the FHWA Secretary.

For over 32 years, the Albany family history enthusiasts have worked to to help people research and build their family trees, and to promote and encourage the pursuit of family history. 

The society also collates diverse records of the early settlers in the Lower Great South Region of Western Australia, and make them accessible to the public.. This includes a large collection of records and books.

They are located at the Albany Public Library.

Collie Family History Society is located at the side of the Collie Mineworkers Institute in Throssell Street, Collie.
The rooms are open Tuesday nights 7pm - 9pm and Wednesdays 9am - 4pm.  Other times by arrangement.
