UK WW2 records on Ancestry

Exciting news from Ancestry! They have partnered with the UK National Archives to digitise 3 million Second World War MOD service personnel records. The first tranche has now been released on their site.

Ancestry is offering free, unlimited searches of their military records until 13 November 2024. After this date, if you don't have an Ancestry subscription, FamilyHistoryWA members can use the library's subscription as part of their membership.
