Wow!! What a find. AJCP materials are rich in information but daunting to access. I can imagine the elation. Well done for persisting.

A fantastic find. What gets me is the superb quality of the paper - no tears or missing edges and beautifully readable. Did you realise that you discovered this just over 99 years since it was written on the 16th April 1824? You're only here because of this piece of paper! A truly significant piece of writing.
