THE EAST AUSTRALIAN INTEREST GROUP IS CURRENTLY INACTIVE DUE TO LACK OF VOLUNTEERS.

The Eastern Australian Interest Group helps members and visitors research their interests in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania. Visitors and new members are always welcome. Members are encouraged to share their successes and problems. Anyone interested in researching ancestors from Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania is invited to join us and share sources. Find how and why, ancestors moved around between the different states of Australia. The group holds over 3000 Victorian BMD certificates.
Meetings are usually held quarterly in February, May, August and November. At each meeting, group members are alerted to the latest information on books, magazines, CDs, DVDs and websites etc.
Bring along your questions and research successes. Members are always on hand to help newcomers.
