Convict Interest Group - (July 2023)

The Convict Interest Group is heading to Pinjarra on July 9th to explore the convict history of the district.

The Murray Districts Historical Society will be welcoming our group to town.  We will meet at St John's Church, one of the oldest in the state.  Several guest speakers have generously offered to share their research relating to a few of the convicts who contributed to Pinjarra's development.  

A simple lunch at a nearby local venue has been arranged, afterwards you may choose to explore the historic Edenvale precinct or the Heritage Walk Trail before heading home.
