TOPIC: Potential Problems

The Potential Problems feature in Legacy alerts you to possible errors within your database. These may be caused by many data entry problems from simple typos or inconsistent data entry or importing data from others, or inattention when connecting people.

Legacy can show them one by one with red exclamation balls on many views or through reports of varying kinds. These can be overwhelming. This month we will look at setting the criteria used and various ways of fixing the problems found.
