The agenda for the session:

1. Learn about the project - the scope and objectives, the time frame, etc.
2. Learn about what your commitment would be (this will be a welcome surprise to most)
3. Learn the fundamentals of using Trello to manage work flow
4. See a live demonstration of the indexing process from start to finish
5. Learn about the fundamental principles that underly everything we do in the project
6. Participate in a Q&A session to make sure you understand what has been covered.
