Familysearch.org, operated by the Latter Day Saints, is a huge website of family history data, information, guides and hints.

Find out how to find the hidden gems, the tricks to improve your results or how to burrow down to that elusive record.

Investigate the newly added website of millions of AI transcribed and indexed records previously not searchable through the usual site.  Here is the site if you want to investigate beforehand:  https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/full-text/

Most records are free to access, but you may need a visit to FHWA or an LDS Family History Centre to view some records with restricted access.

Opportunity will be provided for you to search the FamilySearch website with assistance from FHWA members.
