South Australia book feast

4th March 2023
Our personal libraries took centre stage at the first 2023 meeting of the South Australian Interest Group. The variety and extent of these collections of South Australian resources was fascinating. From small, self published family trees, to award winning family histories, and books on regional town and religious groups, There was even an old UBD. These building blocks of our research are invaluable.

The group also explored the new website, and how to search the FHWA library catalogue for South Australian resources.
The next meeting on May 20 will focus on finding SA shipping and passenger records which present special challenges for those with SA interests.  All members are welcome.  B
