Researching your military ancestors - Military Interest Group

The Military Interest Group is a self-help group at FamilyHistoryWA with a focus on helping members to research their military relatives.  We cover any military service in any country at any time.  Our group has developed expertise in what resources are available and how to research effectively; we also facilitate talks by specialists, hold workshops and arrange excursions.

Our August meeting will be held during National Family History Month, and we welcome everyone including non-members to come along and meet us!  We are happy to answer any questions and can show you the resources we have available on our website and in our library.  And we always finish with afternoon tea and a chat.
