All about our Groups

FamilyHistoryWA Interest Groups are here to help members share their experiences with other members.

All members may attend any of the Interest Group meetings.

Members of the public may attend any Interest Group meeting for a total of two attendances across the range of Interest Groups before being required to join FHWA if they wish to continue attending further meetings of any group.

For many members the Interest Groups are one of the most important benefits of being a member of FHWA.

Regular meetings give members the chance to share their experiences with each other.

If you decide to join a group, you will be asked to pay a small donation to cover newsletter costs, refreshments, etc.

Check with the Group Convenor for meeting times and current fees or have a look at the Events page for the date and time of the next meeting that interests you.

Each Group has its own page, some sections of which are open to the public.
